Broughton Anglican College is an outreach ministry of Campbelltown Anglican Church and a service to the Macarthur community.
A non-refundable Application Fee of $90 should accompany a completed Application for Enrolment Form.
When offered a position at the College, an Acceptance of Enrolment Form is to be completed, accompanied by a non-refundable Enrolment Fee of $900.
In the event of a student being withdrawn from the College at any time, the College requires notice in writing of at least one term. If one term’s notice is not provided then one term’s fees will be payable.

When two or more children of the immediate family / household concurrently attend either the College or St Peter’s Anglican Primary School, or both, substantial sibling discounts apply to the Tuition Fees (only). These are as follows:

Before School Care:$23.00 per child per day
After School Care:$30.00 per child per day
Children must be picked up by 6.15 pm. A late fee is charged after that time
Vacation Care:$50.00 per day per child
Additional costs may occur if activities outside the College are arranged. You will be advised prior to these activities occurring. The College is an approved provider under the NSW Department of Education and Communities and a registered Child Care Provider with the Department of Humans Services. Parents may be eligible for a rebate on Out of School Hour Care Fees from the Commonwealth Government. Payment for Out of School Hours Care is made by fortnightly direct debit payments through ‘Hubworks’.

*Visa / Mastercard and AMEX** accepted. Actual merchant fees charged to process individual payments will be passed on to parents and are payable when a credit card payment is made. Current indicative merchant fees are Visa / Mastercard 1.2% and AMEX 0.95% of the transaction amount.
If payment of the account is not paid by the due date then parents will be liable to pay an overdue charge which is reflective of the administration and financial cost to the College of the fees remaining unpaid. Currently the overdue charge will be equivalent to the applicable College financial intuitions corporate overdraft interest rate and will be charged daily subsequent to the due date on the amount outstanding. The current indicative corporate overdraft rate is 10%.
Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council reserves the right to review the continuing enrolment of any student at the College if an account is not paid by the due date. Amounts outstanding remain payable and Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council reserves the right to undertake any / all actions to collect monies owed as allowable by law.
The Schools Council is always sensitive to parents who may be having temporary financial difficulties, and encourages them to discuss their particular circumstances directly with the Corporate Services Office in the first instance.
Parents are required to provide at least one full term’s notice in writing to the Principal before terminating a student’s enrolment. If the required notice is not given, one term’s Fees and Charges are payable in lieu of notice and it is agreed that this amount is a genuine estimate by the College of the loss it would suffer as a consequence of insufficient notice of termination of a student’s enrolment.
